The Tempest 44 is a luxury 13.1-metre Italian-designed motor yacht by renowned designer Roberto Curtò. Built for ultimate comfort and performance, she features:

Two ways to book

• Book online — pick your date and book directly. The fastest way to a confirmed day on the water.
• Write to us — if you want something more individual, a particular route, several days, or a day built around an occasion, email charter@yours.luxe and we will plan it with you.

After booking: the charter is paid in full at checkout, by card, and we send you the Charter Agreement to sign. Usually 3–5 days from first contact to confirmation.

The Tempest 44 is in the water from March to the end of October.

July, August and September bring the warmest water, the longest days and the fullest calendar — in those months, book around two weeks ahead.

One rate applies across the whole season: €2.050 for a full day, €1.100 for a half day. Same boat, same crew — the bays are just quieter either side of the summer.

Outside high season, shorter notice is usually fine — ask us and we will confirm within 24 hours.

No. Fuel is not included in the charter price, and it is the one figure that depends entirely on the day.

An afternoon in the bays around Portals uses a fraction of what a full-day run to Cabrera and back does — on a boat with three outboard motors, speed and distance are what cost.

Your captain plans the route with you before you leave the berth and will tell you what to expect for the day you have in mind. The rule is the one you know from a hire car: the boat goes out with a full tank and comes back full, so you pay for exactly what you use.

One payment for the whole charter, due 7 days before your charter date. You book online, we confirm, and the invoice tells you where to send it.

Captain and cleaning (€200 half day / €400 full day) are already in the rate — there is nothing to settle with the crew on arrival. Fuel is the only extra.

Need an invoice for a company booking, or a particular payment method? Tell us when you enquire and we will arrange it.

• More than 30 days before — free of charge, nothing to pay
• 30 to 7 days before — 50% of the charter price
• Less than 7 days before — no refund

Exception: if we cancel because of weather or safety, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

Yes. If you reschedule to another date within the same season, your booking moves across without penalty, subject to availability.

Moving to a different season may mean a price adjustment.

Very little. Towels, snorkelling gear, shade and drinks are already on board.

Worth bringing

• Swimwear
• High-factor sunscreen — the sun works harder on the water than on the beach
• Sunglasses and something for your head
• A light layer for the way back in the afternoon
• Photo ID — passport or national ID card
• Any medication you need, including something for motion sickness if you are prone to it
• Your phone or camera

Shoes come off when you step aboard, so bring something easy to slip out of. Pets stay ashore, with the exception of registered service animals.

Half day

• Morning: 10:00–14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00–18:00

Full day

• 10:00–18:00 (8 hours)
• Other start times by request

Times may shift for weather or sea conditions, and we confirm them with you before the day. Longer trips and custom itineraries are arranged individually — send an enquiry or message us on WhatsApp.

Typical cruising range

• Half day: 15–25 km from Puerto Portals
• Full day: up to around 75 km — Sa Dragonera, Cabrera National Park or Cala Deià. Sa Calobra is the far end: close to three hours each way at cruising speed, so most of the day is the run itself

How far you actually get depends on the weather and sea state, on where you want to stop, and on how long you want to stay there.

Further afield — Ibiza, Menorca, or a multi-day route of your own — is possible as a custom itinerary, arranged with us directly rather than booked online.

Cabin accommodations are comfortable for 4 guests; larger groups may arrange additional accommodation on shore or charter overnight arrangements separately.

Yes. Swimming and snorkelling are part of most charters. Your captain picks the anchorage and will tell you when the water is right for it.

On board

• Snorkelling gear — mask, snorkel, fins
• Life vests and snorkel vests
• Underwater camera on request

SeaBob (optional): €100 for the day. Requires basic swimming ability; the captain gives a short briefing before you use it.

Yes. The galley is yours as well as the deck.

What we provide

• Welcome drinks (prosecco, soft beverages)

Premium catering is available at custom pricing — contact us for menu options (Mediterranean, vegan, dietary restriction options available).

Smoking is fine on deck, in the open air.

Not inside the cabin, the galley or any enclosed space — and no vaping or cannabis anywhere on board.

Smoke travels on a boat; please keep it clear of the other guests.

Yes — the yacht has a sound system, and music is part of the day. Two places ask for restraint:

• In the marina — Puerto Portals is a working harbour where people live and work aboard.
• In the bays — anchorages are shared and sound carries far over water. Your captain will ask you to turn it down where a quiet cove calls for it.

Between those two, the playlist is yours.

We watch the forecast closely in the days before every charter.

If conditions look unsafe — high winds, storms, heavy seas — we get in touch as early as we can and offer you another date at no cost, or a full refund if no other date works.

If the weather turns during the day, the captain may bring the boat back early. That call belongs to the safety of the people on board, not to the schedule. A day cut short this way is not usually refunded, but talk to us and we will look for a way to make it right.

Rough seas on their own are not a cancellation. Seas of 1–1.5 metres are a normal summer day in Mallorca.

Yes. A birthday, an anniversary, a proposal, a wedding celebration or a day out with colleagues — the boat is yours for the day either way.

We can arrange catering, champagne, or a photographer, and the captain will plan the route around what the day is for. Tell us what you have in mind when you get in touch.

No security deposit is taken when you book. Any damage is settled directly with the crew.
