1. What this page tells you
This page lists the cookies www.yours.luxe actually sets — and the ones it does not. It is written from a measurement of the live site rather than from a template: if a service is named here, you can find it in your browser; if it is not named, it is not running.
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Ours do three things: they keep your session with the shop alive, they remember the currency your prices are shown in, and they remember which country you are browsing from.
2. The cookies we set
2.1 Strictly necessary
These are set as soon as you open the site. Without them the shop cannot hold a session, show prices in the right currency, or carry a booking through to payment.

When you put a charter in the basket or go to checkout, Shopify sets further strictly necessary cookies for that purchase. They belong to the order and payment process and end with it.
2.2 Analytics and advertising cookies
These are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Measured on 3 September 2026 on the live site: before you answer the banner, none of the cookies below exists and none of the scripts that set them is loaded. After you click "Accept", the following are set:

The Meta Pixel also reports events such as page views and completed bookings to Meta, and Shopify sends the same events to Meta a second time from its servers (the "Conversions API"), so that a booking is still counted if your browser blocks the Pixel. Contact details you enter at checkout are passed on for this purpose only in hashed form. Which company receives what, and on which legal basis, is described in the Privacy Policy under "Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Tools".
If you decline in the banner, none of the cookies in this section is set and neither Meta nor Google receives anything about your visit.
3. Services that load with our pages
Parts of the site are provided by other companies. While they run, they can set their own cookies on your device:
- Google reCAPTCHA — invisible bot protection on our forms and at checkout.
- Shop Pay — the accelerated checkout offered by Shopify.
- Our booking calendar — the availability widget on the charter page. It loads date and telephone-number libraries from the public code archives unpkg and cdnjs.
None of these are used to build a profile of you, and none of them is connected to an advertising account of ours.
4. Your choices
- The cookie banner on your first visit lets you accept or decline everything that is not strictly necessary.
- Your Privacy Choices lets you object to the sale or sharing of personal information at any time.
- Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site entirely. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the booking process.
