Cancellation and refunds

A charter is a leisure service provided on a specific date. Under Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer law (TRLGDCU) and Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to services of this kind. The cancellation terms below apply instead, and they are the same terms you find in our Terms & Conditions.

If you cancel

• More than 30 days before the charter: free of charge, full refund
• 30 to 7 days before: 50% of the charter price
• Less than 7 days before: no refund

If we cancel

If we cancel for weather or safety reasons, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule to another date, whichever you prefer. The same applies if the vessel becomes unavailable.

How to cancel

Email charter@yours.luxe with your order number. The date and time of your email decide which of the periods above applies.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to the card used at checkout. No security deposit is taken when you book, so there is nothing to release afterwards.
